Are you training with a purpose, conducting drills that translate to actual play while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2025 Summer Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Training and Play will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment.

Is your offseason fitness training specifically designed for lacrosse? If not, the 2025 Elite Coed Summer Lacrosse Specific Fitness Training will help you get a better understanding of how to properly train as a lacrosse player.
This high intensity training program focuses on Strength, Speed, Endurance, Power, Mobility, Core, Explosiveness, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Coordination to name a few essential areas that are important to lacrosse players.

Each training session, participants will run through a series of skills and drills that will lead to competitive offensive and defensive play in a controlled environment.
