Training Highlights

No better way to get your fitness, stick and team chemistry dialed in for the 2023 season. Be a more efficient shooter, improve your dodging, footwork, communication, vision, defensive approaches, and angles. Understand how to set and defend pics as well as make quick decisions in tight spots, and much more. All in a safe and controlled environment.

Program Highlights

  • Each team must carry 15 players to focus on training and maximize runs during games.
  • The league will use modified USBOXLA rules.
  • 4 vs. 4 plus a goalie.
  • No cross checking, boarding, slashing or open field hits.
  • Two Performance Academy professional coaches at every session along with special guest appearances.
  • Box goalie gear will be provided

$300 per player

(Includes professional coaching, reversible and 16.5 hours of preseason lacrosse training/games)

Are you and your team ready for the 2023 season? Looking to be trained by professional coaches to help prep you for the 2023 season? No better way to do so than at the Friday Night Lights High School Winter Box Training and League.

Powered by Performance Academy’s professional coaching staff, this twelve-week program is designed to prepare you and your teammates for the start of the 2023 season. Each week teams will rotate to have a 60-minute-high intensity pro style practice, or 45-minute team game preparation practice followed by a 45-minute game. The season will end with the top two teams battling it out for a Championship Trophy!

Once you reserve your team spot you will be sent a registration link to pass along to your teammates to register individually. If a team has more than 15 participants registered, another Team will be formed. If your team does not have 15 players registered, you will be placed on another team.

The Shooting, Dodging and Footwork Afterschool Lacrosse Training Series powered by Performance Academy is an offensive player’s chance to improve their overall skillset, fundamentals, footwork, and lacrosse IQ.

Each day participants will be placed through a series of professional style skills and drills. Participants will be assessed and separated by current skill level, so level of training does not falter.

Area of Focus Shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understand spacing, being efficient, and much more.

Are you ready for the 2023 spring season? Looking to get a jump on your peers and competition? If so, the High School Preseason Shooting, Dodging and Conditioning After School Lacrosse Training Series will allow you to properly prepare for the 2023 spring season.

The High School Preseason Shooting, Dodging and Conditioning After School Lacrosse Training Series is a high intensity program run by Performance Academy’s Todd MacFarlane. Coach MacFarlane has prepared all levels of athletes from the youth to the professional levels and is ready to prepare you for your championship season.

Area of Focus: Shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understand spacing, being efficient, explosiveness, flexibility, core strength and much more.

All training sessions are from 4-5pm

Preseason Boys Middle &
High School Lacrosse Field Training

Session #1

High School: Mondays, January 9, 16, 23 from 6:30-7:30pm

January 30th will be used as a makeup day for weather if needed

Middle School: Tuesdays, January 10, 17, 24 from 6:30-7:30pm

January 31st will be used as a makeup day for weather if needed

Session #2

High School: Mondays, February 6, 13, 20 from 6:30-7:30pm

February 27th will be used as a makeup day for weather if needed

 Middle School: Tuesdays, February 7, 14, 21 from 6:30-7:30pm

February 28th will be used as a makeup day for weather if needed

Are you ready for the 2023 spring season and want to separate yourself from your peers? If so, the Preseason Boys Middle and High School Lacrosse Field Training will give you the tools needed to be ready for day one.

Each training session, participants will run through a series of group and position specific skill work that will lead into small, sided play.

Area of Focus: Attack & Midfield- shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understand spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more

LSM & Defense:Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.

All sessions are run by Todd MacFarlane, former Redwoods LC Assistant Coach in the Premier Lacrosse League and University of Pennsylvania and Maryland staff member. Coach MacFarlane has worked with All-Conference, All- American, All-Pro and All-World players for more than 20 years and knows how to prepare you for the season.
