Are you training with a purpose, working with full time professional coaches, doing drills that translate to actual play, taking quality “reps”, learning new skill sets, understanding why you are doing drills, or improving your lacrosse IQ while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2024-2025 Fall & Winter Boys Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training is your path to becoming a more dynamic player.

Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU.

Program Highlights

Attack & Midfield: shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.

Defense: Footwork, approaches, angles, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.

*This program does not offer goalie or faceoff specific training.

Times – 1.5 hour of training between 6-9pm

Are you looking to build team chemistry, work with PLL & World Team professional coaches, get your fitness, and stick dialed in for the 2025 season. If so, the Friday Night Lights High School Winter Box Training & League will help you prepare for the upcoming season in a controlled environment.

Program Highlights

BECOME A BETTER OFFENSIVE THREAT, DEFENSEMEN, AND GET IN SHAPE FOR THE SPRING SEASON

  • 45 minutes of training followed by a 45-minute game each day.
  • Team coaches are invited to join the Performance Academy Professional Staff during training sessions and may coach their teams during the game.
  • 15 player team roster each training day for a 15-1 Player/Coach Ratio
  • The league will use modified box/field rules.
  • 4 vs. 4 plus a goalie
  • No cross checking, boarding, slashing, or open field hits to focus on skill.
  • Box goalie gear provided if needed.
  • Top 2 teams will play for the Championship Trophy.

Are you looking for offseason training options for your team or program? Want a little more than shooting, dodging, footwork or games with no instruction? If so, the professional staff at Performance Academy is ready to work with your coaches and program directors to design a preseason training program specifically for you.

 

This 11 week training program offers on field position specific team training as well as fitness training designed for lacrosse players run by PLL & World Team Coaches.

Specialization

Elite High School Winter Boys Goalie & Offensive Threat Training

Foundation Goalie Training and Performance Academy have joined forces to offer Elite High School Winter Boys Goalie & Offensive Threat Training this coming winter. This 11-week training program offers Goalie and Offensive specific training that will focus on each player’s skill set and how it relates to their position.

Each training day participants will get 45 minutes of positional specific training followed by 45 minutes of live play.

Specialization & Focus

Attack & Midfield –Inside & Outside Shooting, Feeding, Finishing, Dodging, Footwork, Vision, Quick Release, Time & Space, Moving with And Without the Ball, Catching the Ball Loaded, Various Release Points, Understanding Spacing, Being Efficient with The Ball.

Goalie –clearing, outlook patterns, footwork, passing, eye hand coordination, playing the inside shot and outside shots, angles, and much more.

Is your offseason fitness training specifically designed for lacrosse? If not, the 2025 Elite Coed Summer Lacrosse Specific Fitness Training will help you get a better understanding of how to properly train as a lacrosse player.

 

This high intensity training program focuses on Strength, Speed, Endurance, Power, Mobility, Core, Explosiveness, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Coordination to name a few essential areas that are important to lacrosse players.
