Are you training with a purpose, working with full time professional coaches, doing drills that translate to actual play, taking quality “reps”, learning new skill sets, understanding why you are doing drills, or improving your lacrosse IQ while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2024-2025 Fall & Winter Boys Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training is your path to becoming a more dynamic player.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU.
Attack & Midfield: shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.
Defense: Footwork, approaches, angles, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.
*This program does not offer goalie or faceoff specific training.

Foundation Goalie Training and Performance Academy have joined forces to offer Elite High School Winter Boys Goalie & Offensive Threat Training this coming winter. This 11-week training program offers Goalie and Offensive specific training that will focus on each player’s skill set and how it relates to their position.
Each training day participants will get 45 minutes of positional specific training followed by 45 minutes of live play.
Attack & Midfield –Inside & Outside Shooting, Feeding, Finishing, Dodging, Footwork, Vision, Quick Release, Time & Space, Moving with And Without the Ball, Catching the Ball Loaded, Various Release Points, Understanding Spacing, Being Efficient with The Ball.
