Are you looking to get some extra work over the summer break? If so the Performance Academy Elite Girls Summer Break Offensive and Defensive Positional Clinics will help you get a jump on your peers.
Training will consist of offensive and defensive players running through a series of positional and group specific skills and drills that will lead into competitive play to utilize the new skills you learned in a controlled environment.
No better way to get your fitness, stick dialed in for the 2024 season. Be a more efficient shooter, improve your dodging, footwork, communication, vision, defensive approaches, and angles. Understand how to set and defend picks as well as make quick decisions in tight spots, and much more. All in a safe and controlled environment.

If not, then the Performance Academy 2024 College, Committed & Varsity Girls Invite Only Summer Offensive & Defensive Training & Play will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.
Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU.
Attack & Midfield:shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.

Are you a draw specialist, attacker, midfielder, or defender looking to build on your overall skill set? Are you training with a purpose, doing drills that translate to actual play, can you handle the ball using both hands, running full speed under pressure, shoot or feed from various release points and areas on the field?
If not, then the Performance Academy Girls Summer Elite Draw & Skill Development Training Series will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.
Each 1.5-hour training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills yet focusing on proper form and technique to insure your taking quality reps and building your overall skill sets.
Participants may split each 1.5-hour training session into Draw Specialist Training and Skill Development training or solely focus on one area.
Draw Specialist Training Whistles, reaction training, body positioning, wrist technique, small sided drills, live reps, and strategy.
Skill Development Training: Dodging, shooting & finishing, feeding, footwork, release points, understanding & creating space, angles, and proper technique.
